I'm in a wheelchair, can I get upstairs easily?Yes, no problem. Our venue is flat floor accessible from Northbourne Avenue and Verity Lane, and we have a lift to the upstairs level.

Do you have stairs or just a lift?We have two large staircases that head up to Louie Louie and Juliet, as well as a lift.

Are assistance animals allowed in the venues?Of course! Let us know if your support team needs a drink too.

Where are you located?We are located at 50 Northbourne Avenue, Canberra. Entrances are on Northbourne Ave, Alinga St and Verity Lane.

Where's the best spot to park?Parking in Civic is mostly all paid, with the best options being either the Constitution Place underground car park, which can be accessed via Constitution Avenue, a 5-minute walk from us. Their car park is open 24 hours, seven days a week, with night rates applied after 5 pm. Visit this site for parking rates and a map. Other options include the above-ground public car park on London Circuit next to the Canberra Museum and Gallery, and the Canberra Centre’s various car parking options as well.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?All of our vendors are independent businesses who manage their own kitchens. Please get in touch with them directly to clarify any allergies or dietary requirements before your visit.

Is there a reliable AV?Absolutely. Please speak with your event manager confirm exact details.

Do we need to source our own AV?No, we can manage all of this for you. However, if you have a preferred supplier please speak directly with your event manager.

Do you have a lift?Yes, it is located at the southern entrance on the Verity Lane side of the building.

Do you supply whiteboards and other consumables for my corporate event?We supply whiteboards, whiteboard markers, pens and paper. Please bring your own post-its and anything else you might need. Chat to your event manager if you need clarifications.

Can we self-cater our food?We have 5 fully operational kitchens serving a wide variety of delicious cuisine, so we require that all food and beverage is booked and purchased through us. If you’re unsure about something specific that you require, please feel free to speak with your event manager.

Do you stock gluten-free beer?We have an ever changing menu of speciality beers, ciders, wines and spirits. Please speak with your bar tender who can recommend something for you.

Do you have non-alcoholic cocktails or beers?Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our wide variety of options for those who’d prefer something without alcohol.

Can I bring my own drinks?We are a fully licensed venue, and as such, you may not bring your own beverages.

Can I bring decorations?Yes, but please speak to our events staff about the types and kinds you’re planning – no glitter, no confetti.

Can I bring balloons?Feel free to bring balloons, but we kindly request that you consider their environmental impact. Please contact the venue before arranging your balloons.

Can I book a private space for 10 of us?We take table bookings for between 6-30 people. If you are after a private space, our venues are more suited to groups of between 30-250.
