We are located at 50 Northbourne Avenue, Canberra. Exclusive venue hire is from the Verity Laneway Entrance doors.
We base our exclusive Market Hall hire off the indoor capacity of 300 guests. We do offer the exclusive hire to those with less guests too, though the minimum spend required is set for 300pax.
Our Venue does have ramp access points, a lift to the 1st floor, and accessible bathrooms on both Ground and 1st Floor. Assistance animals are welcome.
Each of our 1st Floor Venues are also hirable spaces, with a whole range of catering and beverage options available. Juliet capacity for 130 guests cocktail style and Louie Louie as 250 guests cocktail style.
Absolutely, we encourage you to hire local talent to play at your exclusive event. There is a Stage in Market Hall on Ground Floor, or our Louie Louie Stage on 1st Floor for stage lights and inbuilt AV equipment.
