Behind 38 Katsu are two seasoned professionals; Jun Jang, who also co-owns Canberra’s only Yakitori restaurant with Chef Guno, an impressive culinary chef whose international culinary background adds authenticity to every dish. “Our team at Katsu 38 is passionate about bringing authentic flavours directly from Japan to Canberra. We are not cutting corners – our ingredients are all imported from Japan to ensure the highest quality and authenticity,” shares Jang.
